Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing grounds. The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise your cancellation right, you must send us (pattydoo GmbH,

14057 Berlin, telephone number: 030 548 840 53, email address: service@pattydoo.de) a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent via post or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not required. To comply with the cancellation deadline, sending the notice regarding exercising the cancellation right prior to the grace period running out is sufficient.

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we must return all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the cancellation of the agreement. We use the same payment method for the return as used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with you; fees will not be incurred from this repayment. For this refund we will use the same methods of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
