The pattydoo kids‘ dress “Leonie” is a real allrounder. You can make this as a one-piece t-shirt dress or, alternatively, as a high or drop waisted skirt. On the pattydoo website you can choose from different styles of short and long sleeves. Your pattern includes all the different variations (all of the skirts and all of the sleeves).
The pattern contains:
- all of the pattern pieces in sizes DE 92 to 146 (US / UK 18 mo. – 11 yrs.)
- variations: one-piece dress, gathered skirt with dropped waist / gathered skirt high waisted, flounced skirt dropped waist / flounced skirt high waisted AND short sleeves, long sleeves and puff sleeves
- measurements in cm/inch, as well as sewing instructions
Material recommendation: You'll need to select a stretch fabric like cotton or viscose jersey for this dress.
This table shows the amount of fabric needed for each variation of the dress (in cm and inches); these measurements are based on a fabric width of 150 cm (59”). For Variations B and C the amount of fabric you‘ll need depends on whether you‘ve chosen the gathered or the flouncy skirt. To determine the amount of fabric required, first prepare the pattern pieces and check the available width of your fabric. For the neckband and the sleeve cuffs, you‘ll need an additional approx. 20 cm (7 7⁄8”) of the ribbing / band or jersey fabric.
