The pattern contains:
- all of the pattern pieces in sizes DE 74 – 170, UK/US 6-9 mo. – 14+ yrs.
- measurements in cm/inch, as well as sewing instructions
Material recommendation: You‘ll need to use a stretchy, softly-draping fabric like jersey, interlock, or a light sweatshirt or velour for these trousers.
The fabric measurements in the table below are based on a fabric width of 150 cm (59”). For the waist and leg bands (for all sizes of the pants) you will need approximately 25 cm (9 7/8”) of a fabric with a width of 100 cm (39 3/8”).

These trousers are very loose and comfortable. The cut and fit of the smaller sizes varies slightly from that of the larger sizes: up to size 146 the pants reach down to below the knee, in the sizes larger than 146 they end above the knee. To select the right size, measure the hips at the widest point.

Sewing Tutorial Harem Pants
The small sizes fit slightly differently from the larger sizes: up to ages 10-11 the trouser crotch falls lower than the knee and in the bigger sizes the trouser crotch stops just above the knee.
