Shipping conditions
Here you'll find all the information you need to download PDF patterns, paper printed patterns and all other physical products sent by a delivery service.
Delivery of download products (PDFs)
Our PDF-patterns are provided as a file and download link and are free of shipping costs. We deliver the PDF-patterns to all countries without any restrictions.
Delivery of physical products
The following conditions apply to the dispatch of paper printed patterns and all other (physical) items offered in our shop:
Delivery only within Germany:
- an order consisting a maximum of 3 paper patterns we charge a flat rate of 3,50 € shipping costs (incl. VAT)
- an order consisting of 4 paper patterns or more, we charge a flat rate of 4,50 € (incl. VAT)
- for all other orders we charge a flat rate of 4,50 € (incl. VAT)
Delivery times:
As far as no other time limit is indicated in the product description, the delivery in Germany takes place within 2-3 days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
