I was so pleased to read that you really liked my video tutorial for the little zippered pouch “Susie” and that so many of you asked for more videos with English subtitles. Therefore our dear friends Linda from “Volksfaden” and Janelle from „Emmaline Bags“ helped us to translate my sewing tutorial for the little cell phone case „Bowie“.
The “Bowie” case is a cute little bag with a bow, that can be sewn in a small version for different phone and smart phone sizes or as a big version used as a clutch purse.
With my video tutorial you can easily follow every step of sewing this cute case:

Here’s a preview of the PDF.
Of course you can leave the bow and still have a nice little case. The inner extra pocket is not only for stashing your debit card or a bank note, it also protects your phone from the outer press-stud.
Optionally to close the flap of the case, you could make a buttonhole with a covered button or use a Velcro seal. For the Velcro version, the ebook includes a step-by-step photo tutorial.
I hope you’ll have fun sewing this nice little case and I am really looking forward to read your comments, see your photos on my facebook-page, or receive your links, that I will pin on my “bowie” pinterest board.
